We are located in Mansfield, Ohio.  Our company is dedicated to providing high quality CNC Machined Components to our customers.  We have what we believe to be several attributes which contribute to our ability to do this well.

24 years of service to industry to be exact.  We have learned a lot in that time, and we use what we have learned to better serve the needs of our customers.  We quote quickly and take pride in producing parts to your specifications - on time, every time.

We have a competent, dedicated and loyal work force.  This is probably the most overlooked attribute of any company you may be considering for a business partner, but I can think of nothing more important.  Our key employees have been in place for an average of 14 years each.

Having high quality people does little good if they are not given efficient and reliable machine tools to work with.  That is why we only buy high quality machine tools from companies such as Mori-Seki, Miyano, Mazak, Shizouka, Daewoo, and Hurco.

#4 - Broad Range Capabilities:
Turning capabilities from 3" round bar capacity, to 14" diameter by 51" long shaft/chucking work, and everything in-between.  Machining center work envelope to 31" by 16" by 20".

We also have mill/turn capability, which enables us to process work which ordinarily requires turning and milling operations in one set-up.

#5 - Strategic Partners:
In addition to our machining capabilities, we offer Heat Treating, Grinding, Plating, and Fabrication services.  We do this through a strategic network of vendors which we have established.  Our goal is to be your one stop machining source.

#6 - Flexibility:
In a perfect world, everything goes according to plan, and no emergency rush jobs ever happen.  In the real world, however, inventory sometimes runs unexpectedly low, and unusually quick turn-around times are sometimes needed.

We have two ways of dealing with this:

• We are agile enough to do reasonably priced, quick turn-around, production runs for your emergency needs.
• We will stock predetermined levels of your components on our shelves.  This practically eliminates the possibility of depleted inventory emergencies ever happening.
